Room could use a bit of upgrade with the bathroom. Breakfast is simple but would have expected more in terms of quantity and quality for such price. Wifi internet is good and stable enough for working. This all would have been excellent for a lower room rate.

The vitrage is broken, air conditioning didnt work well (there's water leakage from AC), and there's clogged drain in the bathroom.

Need to repair many things of the furniture, lamp also need to repair in the bathroom. the flush button in the room 1207 is very hard to press.

staff friendliness could have been better. the public hotel facilities were also limited. noise almost all night because of wedding party. You even have to pay for billiard table, which is supposed for hotel guests.

The property is fast to find because it’s in main road near President palace. The hotel is pretty large and have many facilities to do in hotel such as gym, swimming pool, playground, archery (but it’s not available when I was there)

The staff is really hard to call , all the manager taking off and the staff that stay in the hotel can’t do anything we asked So next time better to have one manager to stand by even more in public holiday seasons The toilet and room looks so old and not clean The swimming pool also looks not clean They need to do big renovation to renovate the old building The food has a few options but somehow one of food taste like expired (ie, tempe and milk) We wanted to eat together because we’re big family with kids (4 adult and 3 child) but somehow one of hotel guest didn’t allow us to do that and the hotel is not explain to that hotel guest anything.

We stayed in the suite for 700 including breakfast. It’s not going to take the hotel world by storm but it is what it is! Wouldn’t complain about anything, would stay there again.

The keyword is NOISY. Too many children making too noise. In addition the mosque nearby make too much noise in the early morning. It's not a 4 star hotel, at the most 3 stars only

The entire hotel pics as detailed on booking.com are fake and photoshopped, same was accepted and acknowledged by hotel management too. They agree their website is under maintenance and the room pics are actually from their other property, not palace hotel, Puncak. Facilities are pathetic and hotel front office staff rude. We had booked 3 deluxe rooms for 2 nights each. Foremost hotel failed to handle over all 3 rooms till 5.30 pm (citing fully booked status) and then what they allotted were far from good and expected of a claimed 4 star property. Bed linen were dirty and crumpled, basic utility toiletries and towels missing, window latch broken (which meant mosquitoes had a free entry to the room), stale and cigarette smell all across room. When highlighted that our booking wasn’t for smoking rooms, hotel retorted that entire hotel is smoking friendly and guests should specify non smoking rooms requirement. Basic courtesy to senior citizens (who accompanied me) missing, they were allotted rooms which were on a floor where climbing flight of stairs a must. We had to wait for approx 6 hours and escalate matter to their corporate office to be eventually heard, Hotel initially refused to either give proper room or else refund money. Eventually at 5.30 pm (against checkin of 2 pm) we were left with no choice but to accept whatever was handed over and stay the night. We had to cancel our 2nd night stay and impress upon the hotel to initiate refund for 2nd night across 3 rooms... not to mention the “free breakfast via coupons” process is shabbily managed and breakfast menu limited. Bad experience out and out! Pls use this hotel on your own risk.

Yes, I recommend it, the hotel is beautiful and the staff at the top of sophistication and quick service to the needs of the guest, and the staff of the hotel have sincerity and honesty as I left the hotel after the end of my stay I forgot my personal purpose and when I returned to them after a day I found my purpose

Extremely noisy - unable to sleep - have to keep windows opened because rooms have no air conditioning .. being on the main road so all outside noise is heard .. The staff get early morning warming exercises in the garden with very loud music .. early I mean long before 6. Other causes of noice are there too. Breakfast is so limited - not many varieties. If you order food from resturant - slow and not everything in the menu is available.

The hotel itself very old and need a lot of renovation, even though bed, mattress need to change. Swimming pool water was cold. Need tiling and paint again.

I shocked between photos and actual. Rated the hotel not more than 2 star. Old building. No sound isolation, all outside noise in the room. No hot water in wash basin. Breakfast only indonisia. Sofa and curtains dirty. Springs of sofa coming outside and scratch my kids, comes blood bleeding. Because of noise I can't sleep will.

Most staff were nice. Games despite rarity. Facilities in general. The location is amazing.

Couple of staff were tough. Prices were a bit higher. Food doesn't really worth.
